Human Resources Policy

Adel Kalemcilik operates with comprehensive Human Resources systems, including Recruitment, Orientation, Performance Management, Career Planning, Job Evaluation, and Compensation Systems.

Our Human Resources processes are implemented based on the Anadolu Group Competencies, with a continuous focus on enhancing and developing these core skills.

To meet the workforce requirements aligned with our Company Vision, Mission, and Strategic Business Plan, we prioritize internal talent, followed by candidates within Anadolu Group companies, and finally external resources—all while adhering to the Anadolu Group Competencies.

All newly hired employees undergo an extensive Onboarding Program covering Organizational Structure, Operating Principles, Corporate Policies, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and On-the-Job Training (OJT).

In line with the outcomes of Performance Appraisals and Development Center evaluations, we organize Personal and Competency Development Programs, Professional and Technical Skill Enhancement Trainings, as well as mandatory training sessions required by labor legislation.

There is a structure that ensures that all kinds of breaches are reported by employees and that these reports are investigated. We review all our processes and implementations at regular intervals, in line with the equal opportunities policy, and make the necessary improvements.

AG Anadolu Grubu Holding and Adel Kalemcilik operate under a joint regulation concerning Business Ethics Principles and Reporting of Non-Compliance. This regulation aims to enhance transparency, support compliance with existing working principles, and safeguard Anadolu Group’s public reputation. It further ensures that any actions inconsistent with the law or general ethical standards are reported and addressed effectively.

Business Ethics are a top priority at our company. Our Senior Management provides leadership and support for all initiatives in this field, ensuring the allocation of all necessary resources.
